I've emailed about this product w/ no response.
This product does not retract as stated. I would appreciate a response, otherwise I don't think I can continue doing business w/ Hyper Blades.

Very tough, easily foldable and deployable. Concealable if need be. One compliant, I wish it there was some sort of safety mechanism when not in used to avoid accidental deployment of the baton. Other than that, it’s perfect for my needs!
