RESCUE

The blade is great. The blade had gotten stuck twice on me, but that was an easy fix. Overall great blade.

I thought that this would be an excellent knife as other have had good luck, but it is not. The blade fails to deploy and lock about 30% of the time. After only one answered email, I have gotten nowhere with a replacement and I cannot trust the knife to fully deploy if I need it.

Complete trash! 100% failure rate on deployment. Even for $50 it's a waste of money. I have requested a refund and return. Absolute Junk!

The last sales email I got was dead on, the subject line said "CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP, and that is exactly the word I would use to describe this knife. Sold as a "Rescue" knife you'd think it would deploy properly every time. Not so much with this thing which is very hit or miss on deployment. It's very heavy and extremely hard to slide the switch back and forth as though it was put together way too tight. Even after applying a good coat of gun oil, it's still very hard to operate. I have a dozen other SAR knives that all perform much better and are more reliable on deployment. This knife will ride in my desk drawer as a letter opener.

No a bad knife, but probably 3 out of 10 time it does not fully open.

These are solid! Got some weight to them. I bought 10 for my groomsmen. I have another type that I bought for myself about 5 years back and that’s still going strong too.

Functions exactly as described, very modest weight in hand and the groove inlets for the fingers makes it very nice to palm. Would definitely recommend this product to someone looking for a multi-function blade.
