I really love the knives I’ve purchased. I think I have 7 now maybe. The others open with the push of a button release. They are sharp. In fact, the first one got me stitches at the ER. Even the Dr remarked that the cut was so clean, the knife had to be pretty sharp. Don’t regret any of the knives I’ve purchased. All top quality.
